What is wrong with the formatting???

Does anyone know why my formatting goes wrong when I press "publish post"? When I look at it in preview, it looks fine but when I look at it after publishing, the spacing goes all over the place. Even if I go back to edit and preview it still looks fine. It is immensly annoying and I want to find out what is going on. Do you have any ideas; please let me know. Thanks.
